Dr. Gary Edwards is a Chiropractic Orthopedist who practices in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr Gary Edwards believes whole-heartedly in the power of chiropractic treatment and enjoys being able to help his patients. The Greek physician and the “father of Modern Medicine”, Hippocrates also published texts that spoke about the importance of chiropractic type care. In the United States, the practice of spinal manipulation began to appear more prominently in the late nineteenth century. In 1895, Daniel David Palmer founded the Modern Chiropractic profession in Davenport, Iowa. Since then, chiropractic healthcare has grown by leaps and bounds. Dr. Gary Edwards attended the school founded by Dr. Palmer: Palmer College of Chiropractic.
